When you create your account, you add in your name and contact information. You also add in your facility information. All of your information is kept completely confidential.

Add Your Facility's Positions |
 |
Once you've activated your account, it's time to customize your settings to fit your facility.
The first step is to create the different sectors or positions that you will be training on. Every facility is very different, so the site is more than flexible enough to accomodate any kind of facility configuration. You can also "carryover" hours that you've already logged on a position, so you won't be starting at "zero" in our system.
- If you're an En Route trainee, you'll add in your R-sides, your D-sides, and Data positions.
- A Tower trainee would have at least a Local, Ground, Clearance Delivery, and a Flight Data position.
- An up/down TRACON would have a mix of tower and radar positions.

Add Your Instructors |

Add in your instructors' operating initials, name, and other information. You can also add in their e-mail and phone numbers so you have them on-hand. |
Start Logging Your Hours! |
 |
Once you've added in your Positions and Instructors, you're ready to start adding hours! You can add up to four records at once. For example, if you trained on three different sectors today with three different instructors, you can submit all of that info simultaneously. |
Create Intelligent Reports |
 |
After you've got some hours logged, you'll probably need to review the records. Our reporting system enables you to customize how you view your hours, such as per position, per instructor, or by date. These reports also serve as backups for your own records.
Examples include:
- After a skillcheck, your supervisor requests the total hours you have on a particular position..
- Check out which instructors have not returned their training reports to you.
- Review training reports for a particular position.

Make Printable Copies for Your Records |

We enable you to make printable copies of your hours that you can save to your computer or print out. Choose from either Microsoft Excel or Adobe PDF format. Other formats may be added in the future depending on demand from users.
